Can I change the delivery address of my order?

At this time, we do not offer this option. You can, however, cancel your order and reorder for a different delivery location.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on Pronomina?

Yes, it is safe. All transactions on Pronomina Store are completed via secure payment gateways (Razorpay) which are covered by PCI and DSS rulings. We do not store your card details.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track the status of your order under the “track your order” tab on the upper right corner of home page. Enter your Email id & Order ID you will get your order status.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No, you can order without register with us as a guest user but we recommend you to register and then order, it will help you to track your order and details of many upcoming offers from time to time.

What kind of products do you sell?

You can choose from over 5,000+ products spread across various categories such as brick, cement, aggregate, PVC panel, glass, Pipes & channel, Wood, Furniture and much more.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver in selected localities across the cities where we are present in. You can check for your location from the details given by us.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel or contact us directly to change your order through our customer support service.

How can I make payments at Pronomina?

Pronomina accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, UPI and EMIs. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for orders less than Rs. 5000.

How long do you take to initiate my refund?

1) For pre-paid/online transactions the refunds will be credited/rolled back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 7-10 working days for debit/credit card payments.

2) For COD related transactions the refund will reflect in his/her designated bank account via NEFT (for which the Customer shall have to share the bank details) and in such a case the credit of refund into the designated bank account will take 7-10 working days.

How can I cancel my order?

Pronomina provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the web before it is dispatched to your home. This option is available under the “My Orders” tab in “View Details”.
Please note: Once the order is packed, we may levy a fee of 2% of the order value if an order is canceled by the customer. Once the order is shipped, we may levy a fee of 5% of the order value if an order is canceled by the customer.
